Although Taiwan does not officially have a fashion week, Taipei IN Style (TIS) is quickly becoming the most important and useful fashion event in Taiwan. TIS is annually sponsored by the Bureau of Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Economic Affairs since 2006. The event attracts a number of fashion companies, up-an-coming fashion designers and brands under the same roof to showcase their best products and design initiatives.
