Houghton Spring 2016 Fashion Show

By Alice Chin

I attended the Houghton NYC Spring 2016 Fashion Show for the first time at Milk Studios and was really delighted by the collection. Designer Katherine Pol’s designs are timeless, chic and so wearable.

I loved how the models wore laced up white sneakers down the runway with feminine dresses and gowns.

The models’ hair were big beautiful clouds of curls and makeup was minimal and pretty.

The color palette was clean in neutral white, navy, beige, and camel.

Embroidered delicate lace fabrics and ruffles gave a lovely ethereal effect.

The Houghton Spring/Summer 2016 looks were full of ease with many pieces that any woman could wear.
