Front Row and Shanghai Glamour VIP Opening at Museum of Chinese in America

Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) invited VIPs from the world of fashion and art to preview a new season of fashion-centric exhibitions opening on April 23rd. Front Row: Chinese American Designers and Shanghai Glamour: New Women 1910s-40s, will be on view from April 26, 2013 through September 29, 2013.

Fashion designers in attendance included: Thomas Chen, Melinda Eng, Jade Lai, Derek Lam, Wayne Lee, Mary Ping, Yeohlee Teng, and Zang Toi.

Notable guests included Harold Koda, Dorothy Ko, Sharon Bush, Michael Hearn, Chiu-Ti Jansen, Pei-Yuan Chia, Kitty Shen, Silas Chou, Celia Chou, Mei Mei Rado, June Jee, Patricia and Henry Tang, Morris Vogel, Michelle Koo, Susan Shin, Louise Mirrer, Bonnie Dimun, Calvin Tsao, Gu Wenda, Kathryn Scott, Caroline Hyman, Georgie Badiel, Mie Iwatsuki, Ling Tan, Julie Macklowe, Anabelle James, Kareene Koo, Wendy O’ Neill, Deirdre Quinn and Edward Wilkerson.
