A ray of Mediterranean sunshine flashed onto the catwalk, the upbeat melody called forth visions of spring and summer days of tropical leisure and intermingling culture. The catwalk came to life when models appeared and danced down the runway, gave each other high-fives and flashed their brilliant smiles. This was refreshing to see, compared the typical icy and stone faced.
The ensembles were vibrant patterned swatches of exuberant tie-dyes, radiated sunlight, and florals. It was as if heat touched upon one’s face with the sun in the sky, and a lush breeze and sense of free spirit surrounded you.
Desigual brings lightweight wear splattered with lively prints to the spring and summer collection. Often matched with small yet simple bags or bold-colored clutches, from floral-designed dresses to stripped trousers and v-neck tops, the new 2014 collection gathers a vast array of Mediterranean-inspired looks that exude the landscape, climate and energetic atmosphere generated by the people and the intrepid dynamism that comes from dressing confidently and living freely.
I love this Spanish collection, love the colors, garments, patterns and details. same time it looks very simple the garment design but I love when the colours and patterns add to it. whole catwalk show was brilliant and amazing plus I love when everyone is smiling and being happy their instead giving boring expression. This is one of my fav collection this year I think 2014 was blow off then 2013, I prefer this collection.
