BCBGMAXAZRIA Fall 2014

By Yinsana Mok

There were 32 looks displayed in BCBGMAXAZRIA’s fashion show this season. The style of this season is a curated assortment of versatile pieces with inspiration from years past that embodies the DNA of the brand.

All in all, the collection gives a rich winter and luxurious feel. The colors that they used this season were black, icy greys, navy and camel, which were harmonized with pale mauve, blush, burnt orange and mint. The clothes’ texture and fabric were more toward traditional fabrications of silk, wool knits and fur. Their accessories were in leather. Overall, this show gave the audience a feel of elegance, on the other side; a formal and informal feel. In addition, the music matched with the show really well, because they used traditional music.

BCBGMAXAZRIA started in 1989. The Designers are Max and Lubov Azria. BCBGMAXAZRIA has become one of the most well known in the fashion industry today. They are also one of the top designers.
