The CROMWELL: The First Luxury Boutique Hotel on The Strip of Las Vegas

By Fiona Wang

Located on the busiest intersection of the Las Vegas Strip, the new Cromwell Hotel will open to the public on the Memorial Day week on May 21st. Featuring itself as the first standalone luxury lifestyle boutique hotel and casino on The Strip, the Cromwell has a total of 169 Parisian loft-style guest rooms and 19 luxurious suites that serve every customer’s needs.

It was very exciting to be invited to the “peeping” tour before it officially launches. When walking through the front door, it feels like walking back to the 80s with red and gold chandeliers hanging on the ceiling, and chocolate wood ornaments everywhere. The popular chef Giada De Laurentiis is also going to open her first-ever restaurant here on the second floor, which features family style homey Italian food that people can share with family and friends. Even before opening, the restaurant has been talked about frequently, and will definitely become the next hype on The Strip. There will also be a Beach Club & Nightclub designed by Victor Drai, a nightlife entertainment entrepreneur, which will elevate the day and nightlife scene at Las Vegas with a stylish, spirited pool experience.

“It is nice, but not as surprising as I expected before,” murmuring to myself, I just followed the tour to visit one of the guest rooms in the hotel. The Cromwell Hotel has six floors, with a total of 40,000 square feet; compared to other hotels on The Strip, it is indeed much smaller and compact. In other words, this is the interesting point about claiming to be the very first luxury boutique hotel among all the others. After stepping onto the hallway to the guest room, I was sold.

The room is more like a NY loft-style; very compact, and very chic. With vintage furniture along with modern ornaments in a hue of mysterious black and purple, it conveys a nice and comfortable feeling like renting a well-designed apartment on the 5th street. The boutique hotel also offers an extraordinary VIP experience that will make you feel special and pampered. At the elevator hall on each floor, there will be a table serving drinks like coffee, tea, and water with pastries during the day and snacks at night. All served freely without additional charge, it is so considerate, and is as if you are having a butler at the door who can satisfy your craving and needs 24/7.

There will also be a Happy Hour at the lobby lounge providing free drinks and liquor for guests who come during the weekday. Everything is taken care of by Cromwell, while you only need to bring the luggage to settle down.

This new luxury style boutique Hotel absolutely brings an exclusive, personal living experience that focuses on hospitality, amenities, and personalized service many people have been dreaming of. And now the dream has finally come true. Either dining with Giada De Laurentiis at her extraordinary Italian restaurant, or experiencing a new day and nightlife with Victor Drai, you will feel the comfort and ease here that you won’t find anywhere else in Las Vegas.
