Natural skin care company Jurlique hosted an event for Asian-American media on June 12th, to introduce whitening and age prevention skincare collections created with Asian-American skincare needs in mind. This event also overviewed how Jurlique was one of the first skin care companies to utilize natural and organic ingredients in their products. All the media people also got a chance to enjoy a mini facial to experience Jurlique’s most popular skincare collections recommended for Asian skin, including the Purely Bright skincare system, the new Rose Moisture Plus with Antioxidant Complex, and the new Herbal Recovery Antioxidant Gel Mask.
On June 12th at Jurique flagship store (477 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10022), AsianInNY was invited to attend the special media event to get to know the products and the brand of Jurique with its recent launch of whitening and age prevention products for Asian skin. Through the event, we learned how their all-natural organic ingredients are grown and handpicked on Jurlique’s 153-acre Australian biodynamic* farm.
Jurlique has been the industry leader in natural skincare science for over 25 years, applying advanced technologies to biodynamic* ingredients from its Australian farm to create potent, high-performance skincare for healthy, beautiful skin. Jurlique understands the unique needs of its Asian-American clientele and has developed skincare collections that address their priorities.
We also got to meet and interview Janice Lee, Director of Marketing, Jurlique and Jullie Myung, Associate Marketing Manager, Jurlique. They both are beautiful Asian women who have great passions in what they do and also with full knowledge of what Asians needs for specific skincare products.
Besides introducing many amazing products, Jurlique also announced its partnership with the New York-based non-profit organization, Asian Women’s Center, to further its commitment to serving the communities in which it does business. They also announced that they will be donating $15,000 of Jurique products to three different Asian-American Womens’ organizations nationally. How fabulous is that!
