Way Zen, head designer and founder of women’s clothing line, JSong, is well known for her affection of all things natural and beautiful. Her affinity for nature can be seen in her designs, which often feature cascading leaves and blooming floral motifs. It’s no wonder then, that she would host an annual dialogue at the JSong design studio to spotlight sustainable living and business practices.
The J Song showroom was transformed with a dinner table set with orchids, roses, and berries. Festive hats made from tissue paper and flowers were available for guests to wear and they had the opportunity to take photos against a backdrop decorated with ferns and leaves.
This year’s event took place on the evening of November 9. Guests from various sectors of the fashion industry (such as design, photography, and trend forecasting) were in attendance. Ms. Zen warmly invited guests to exchange ideas about green lifestyles over a tasty organic vegetarian dinner.
Ms. Zen also prepared an embroidered scarf gifted to all attendees! For more information about JSong: www.jsongcollection.com
