14 beautiful contestants left, and only one will win it all. Who will be Miss Asia 2013? After more than two months of preparation, ATV Miss Asia 2013 contestants were all ready for the final day of the competition.
ATV Miss Asia Pageant is an annual Hong Kong-based beauty pageant organized and broadcast by Asia Television Limited (ATV). Originating in 1985 as a local Hong Kong pageant and now with contestants spanning the continent of Asia and this time, they have started the search in New York! Miss Asia 2013 Grand finale was on October 11th, and their first stop was at the NASDAQ stock exchange center accompanied with the president of East America district of ATV Miss pageant Mr. Ye JiaBao and Miss Asia 2008 Belinda Yan. Standing in front of the main entrance of NASDAQ, ATV Miss Asia 2013 pageants performed a ceremony of knocking bell to close the market.
“This is a huge honor for us and we are glad to have been invited to the International Women’s Forum to perform the grand ceremony of knocking the bell this year,” says Mr. Ye JiaBao.

“I am happy ATV is here to represent and I am proud to be alongside these beautiful ladies to join this ceremony,” says Miss Asia 2008 Belinda Yan. “This is a once in a lifetime chance and I am honored to be a part of it. Thank you to the committee and ATV for giving me this opportunity.”
The final portion of the Miss Asia 2013 Grand Finale was held at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The pageant consisted of Q&A interviews, a swimsuit competition, and a talent show. This is the first time ATV Miss Asia is being held across seas, on the east coast of America. All 14 candidates did an amazing job showcasing their own glamor from body shape, appearance to talent and connotation at very high performance level.
Jinelle Liu
Congratulations to Miss Jinelle Liu, who also recently modeled for AsianInNY’s 9th Fashion Show at Grand Central Terminal and she is crowned the Miss Asia USA East Coast Division that will represent to compete in 2013 ATV Miss Asia in Hong Kong. Another contestant Kara Li who has modeled for AsianInNY numerous times has also won the Most Photogenic Award. Congratulations!
