AsianInNY Brought 100 People to Parade at Atlantic City for Lunar New Year

By Gai DaGai

2013 Lunar New Year, year of the snake, brought many Asian Individuals from New York together to walk the Atlantic City Parade.

Walking the parade wouldn’t have been as fun if there weren’t any costume! Everyone who came had a costume to wear provided by AsianInNY for the day. Beats of drum, waves of hellos, cheer for joy, and laughter storm through the halls of Caesars Atlantic City Hotel & Casino in New Jersey!

The parade went outside the casino and into the boardwalk of Atlantic City. Even though it was raining, the parade continued on! The rain never washed off the smiles and joy off of people’s face. Everyone was smiling through it because Lunar New Year only happens once every year and the year of the snake only comes every 12 years.

As the parade comes to an end and people’s feet were tired and wet, the smiles never stop. So we thank everyone who came out to participate in the 2013 Lunar New Year parade at Atlantic City!
